General Description

Adzuki beans (vigna angularis), were originally grown in East Asia, and are most widespread in Japan, China, and Korea. They have a cylindrical round shape of 5mm in diameter, and are dark red-brown in colour, with a white ridge on the side. Andes Harvest grows these beans from our Argentinian farmlands and export to the world.

Adzuki beans contain a good source of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. They have a rich amount of Iron, Copper, Vitamin B9, Manganese and Phosphorus.
